SPMS has adopted a policy that helps masters swim coaches become better coaches through additional training. Each year we nominate our SPMS Coach of the Year for an ASCA grant to attend the ASCA World Clinic. We help SPMS masters coaches by reimbursing up to $50.00 per year after the coach successfully takes ASCA Courses. American Swimming Coaches Association is located at http://www.swimmingcoach.org.
